Nose: Powerful peat-smoke with sea water saltiness, fresh oysters, a citrus sweetness and spice.
Palate: A rich dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt flavours, warming and intense with pepper.
Finish: Big, long and a warm finish with sweetness and soft spice.
