An emblematic sweet cuvee for the most daring celebrations. Rich, subtle and elegant, Mumm Olympe Demi-sec is characterized by the fruitiness of Pinot Meunier (60% of Pinot Meunier). A liqueur de dosage aged in oak cognac barrels for 6 months. 15 months of cellar ageing into a round, fruity and generous champagne. Very round, smooth and sweets with hints of honey and gingerbread, developing into notes of dried fruits.
